1 week down

I was thinking that it would be really great to write about something other than my health. Give me another week or two and I'll return to pop culture, entertainment reviews, sports and other lighter fare.

In the meantime: I've found more evidence that I've become quite a lightweight. The doctor had told me that I wouldn't need the anti-nausea medecine until the end of the second week of treatments. He overestimated my tolerance. I didn't take any medecine on day one - riding home, I remember thinking to myself "I've made a huge mistake". I'm taking the meds now, it has helped, but I'm still pretty green around the gills and very tired.

I'm anxious to be done, I'm sure this next week will fly by!

Peace to you.

No worries!!!?

The spot on my lung remains where it was, and most importantly, unchanged. The doctor says it could be many things, but it's nothing to worry about. Okay, so I'm not worried, I'm not worried. If I keep saying it to myself then maybe it will be true.

SO - I get to start radiation next week. Two weeks of that and then I'm done.
